At SPƎNGLISH (ñ) we want you to love what you wear. If you are not pleased with your purchase, we will process an exchange, refund, or store credit subject to the following terms.

  • We are happy to process your return or exchange on regular price merchandise within 30 days of purchase date.
  • Please be sure your merchandise is in its original condition with original tags attached, and it is unworn and unwashed. Remember to include your original invoice or packing slip.
  • Make sure you have an RMA number prior to returning your merchandise to us. Customers can request an RMA via phone at 1(646)596-9956 or by email (whathappened@spenglish.net).
  • Once your RMA has been issued, merchandise must be received within 7 business days at SPƎNGLISH (ñ), so don’t forget to ship it back.
  • As a friendly reminder, our shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If an item is damaged or defective, the return shipping is on us!
  • Temporary or special promotional sales qualify as regular price merchandise – let us know if you have any questions.
  • Promotions and gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash value.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items are considered Final Sale when discounted 50% or more before using any promotional code.
  • Gift with Purchase (GWP) product must be included with your merchandise according to our return policy for a full refund. Should the order total fall below the GWP threshold and it is not returned, the retail value will be deducted from your credit.

Refund Notes

  • Our refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and require 4-5 business days to process. Thank you for your patience.
  • We can process your refund only once we have received the returned merchandise.
  • We will give you a shout via email when the return has been processed and a credit has been issued in the original form of payment.
  • Refund excludes shipping costs and taxes (where applicable).

Exchange Notes

  • Our exchanges require 3-5 business days to process. Thank you for your patience.
  • We will give you a shout via email when the exchange has been processed and the updated items have shipped.

Return Mail Requests

  • Please make sure merchandise is securely packed in the original box, if possible, removing all extra labels from the outside of the package. We are just trying to get it back to us as safe and easy as possible!
  • Please enclose a copy of the original receipt and the RMA number. Remember – you have to call 1.646.596.9956 or email us at whathappened@makeithappen.net to request an RMA number.
  • Another friendly reminder to please prepay your return shipping charges. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages and deliveries.
  • It is important that packages are shipped through a traceable shipping method, such as UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Make sure to retain the return tracking number for your records. SPƎNGLISH (ñ) cannot be responsible for lost inbound packages, so we want to make sure your return is received safe and sound.

HOLIDAY RETURNS As a courtesy during the Holiday Season, SPƎNGLISH (ñ) will extend its online return policy for merchandise purchased from November 22nd through December 9th. Merchandise may be exchanged or returned through January 10 under the policy guidelines stated above. We wish you all Happy Holidays!
